Charles is a Founding Partner at Green and Blue Advisors LLC, which advises companies and governments on capital raising and strategy in particular for climate related investments. He is currently advising among other clients Koenigsegg Automotive AB on their strategic growth plans.

Charles has over 40 years' experience in Investment Banking and Capital Markets, working at Morgan Stanley, Lazard, Credit Suisse and J.P. Morgan. He serves as a Director of public companies AllianceBernstein Corporation, Deutsche Boerse AG, and Equitable Holdings Inc. and of Strangeworks Inc., a privately held Quantum computing company in Austin, Texas. Charles was also for several years a Board Member of PlayMagnus AS.

Charles sits on the Board of US Friends of Glyndebourne.  He has served as Governor of Harrow School in the UK since 2011.  

Fun fact: Charles limited career in movies included a role as Tennis Playing Body Double for Dennis Quaid in the film "In Good Company".
